Antivirals (eye infection)

Treatment of viral eye infections may be needed for up to 3 weeks and should continue for at least 3 days after healing is complete.

PLease note: Aciclovir (Zovirax) 3% eye ointment was discontinued in 2019 and there is no other branded or generic aciclovir eye ointment available.
